CANCELLATION POLICY
📌 Cancellation & No-Show Policy At Outsiders Hair Co., we value your time and ours. To ensure the best experience for all clients and to respect the time of our barbers, we kindly ask that you review our cancellation and no-show policy below: ⏳ Cancellations • We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. • Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a 30% charge of the scheduled service. 🚫 No-Shows • If you miss your appointment without notice, you will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. • Repeated no-shows may require prepayment for future bookings or may result in restricted booking privileges. 💳 Payments • The cancellation/no-show fee will be charged to the card on file or added to your account and must be paid before booking your next appointment. 📍 Why This Policy Matters Our barbers dedicate their time to each client. Late cancellations and no-shows prevent us from offering that time to someone else who may be waiting. This policy helps us run smoothly and fairly for everyone.
